Thats right! Modded server is being planned to be relaunched soon.
Currently working on a new modpack for you guys to have fun with. We're currently having discussions about what mods will be in the new pack and what type of direction we want to go in, in terms of gameplay. So be on the lookout for updates on the new pack.
While we're waiting for the new modpack, the original CritPack 1.0 will soon be available on the Curse client. We're migrating the pack to Curse, so that you can easily install and play the original pack and see what everyone was having fun with.
